These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with the Boozify.ph website and official social media platforms.

 

Boozify.ph is regulated by HubAvenue Specialized Goods Trading Corporation.
 

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before availing of any of our products or services. By accessing or using our services—including our website and official social media platforms—you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Boozify.ph, you may be asked to provide information relevant to your order, including your full name, address, contact number, and other necessary details.

  • If the chosen payment option is Credit Card, you may be required to provide your card number and related information. By doing so, you certify that:

    • You have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

    • All information supplied to us is true, complete, and accurate.

You also authorize us to share your information with third-party service providers (such as payment processors or couriers) solely for the purpose of completing your order.
 

🚫 Order Refusal or Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time due to reasons such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors or discrepancies

  • Errors in your order details

  • Other valid reasons

If an item purchased is unavailable, our Customer Service team may suggest a replacement product.

  • If the replacement is higher in price, the difference must be paid in cash upon delivery.

  • If the replacement is lower in price, the difference will be applied as store credit.

  • If no replacement is suitable, the value of the unavailable item will be returned as store credit.

💳 Refunds & Store Credits

  • GCash and Bank Transfer payments will be refunded in cash, subject to verification and approval.

  • Cash on Delivery and Credit Card payments will be refunded as store credits equivalent to the amount paid.

👉 In compliance with Philippine law (RA 10962, Gift Check Act of 2017), store credits do not expire and remain valid until fully redeemed.

⚠️ Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted back to cash.

PERSONAL ACCOUNTS

When creating an account with Boozify.ph, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All features, functionality, and content of Boozify.ph (operated by HubAvenue Trading) are the exclusive property of the company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines and other countries.

Our trademarks, logos, and content may not be used, copied, or reproduced in any form without our prior written approval and consent.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

​

All sales made through our website, portal, or authorized sales agents are considered final. Every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before delivery to ensure it reaches you in good condition.

We strongly encourage customers to inspect their items upon delivery. Once an order has been received and accepted from our rider, the transaction is considered complete and final.

NO SHOW CHARGE
 

A ₱250 no-show fee will apply if no one is available to receive the order upon delivery.

  • Our delivery team will wait up to 15 minutes and our customer service team will attempt to contact you.

  • If we are unable to reach you, your order may be canceled and the no-show fee will be charged.

  • Should you request a re-delivery, the corresponding delivery fee will also apply.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
