Simply email us at support@boozify.ph with the brand or bottle details, and we’ll get back to you with availability and options.

• 🚚 Boozify’s Own Delivery: No. We only deliver to orders with complete details (full name, specific address, and contact number). We do not deliver to landmark-only locations or meet-ups.
  

• 📦 Third-Party Couriers (Lalamove, Grab, etc.): Yes. For these deliveries, payment must be made in advance before we book the courier.

For orders delivered by our own delivery team, a ₱250 No-Show Fee applies if no one is available to receive your items.

• Our riders will wait up to 15 minutes, while our Customer Service team attempts to contact you.

• If we cannot reach you, your order may be canceled and the ₱250 fee will be charged.
