Do you deliver in Landmark or Pick Up points?No. We only deliver and accept orders with complete contact details (Name, Specific Address and Contact Number) , we do not deliver to landmark locations for meet ups.

What is a NO SHOW Charge?No Show Charge are processed when there is no one to receive the orders upon delivery of your items. Our Delivery team will wait for you for 15 minutes and our customer service team will contact you for update regarding delivery. If in case our team cannot contact you we have the right to cancel your orders and charge Php 250 for a no show fee. If items will be re-requested for re-deliver we will charge corresponding Delivery Fee for your orders.
