A perfectly balanced cognac, remarkable for its rich fruit notes and its combination of delicacy and aromatic power,
aged in red fine-grained oak barrels. Martell VSOP is an authentic expression of the Martell Style : the fact that the
fine-grained oak barrels are not new but pre-aged means that their tannins are even less pronounced, respecting the
delicacy of Martells eaux-de-viet.
• Tasting Notes
To the Eye – Warm Copper colourwith glints of gold, giving it a uniquely luminous appearance.
On the Nose – Round and fresh bouquet, run through by intense fruity notes. In motion, aromas gains depth, with
fleshier fruits such as apricot or vine peach chiming in.
In the Mouth – Intense aromas of luscious yellow fruit –Mirabelle plum, greenage, apricot and vine peach with subtle
hints of wood and soft spices.

Ingredients :
• 2 oz Martell VSOP
• 1.5 oz Grapefruit juice
• 3/4 oz Blackberry honey syrup
• 2 dashes Orange bitters
• 1 twist Grapefruit for garnish
How to Serve :
• Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
• Shake with ice.
• Strain the drink into a coupe glass. • Garnish with a grapefruit twist. • Taste.
