The Jameson Caskmates series was born in 2013 over drinks at a local barin County Cork, Ireland, when two longtime friends, Dave Quinn, Master of Whiskey Science at Jameson Distillery and Shane Long the Head Brewer at a local brewery decided to swap barrels. A suggestion soon became an experiment and the Jameson Stout &IPA Editions were created.
Jameson Caskmates is for the curious drink who islooking for a unique yet premium product experience. Jameson Stout Edition is Jameson Original finished off in Irish Stout barrels for an additional 4 months, giving notes of chocolate, coffee and butterscotch for a rich creamy finish.

Nose – Crisp orchard fruits like green apples and pears, mild pot still spices.
Taste – Subtle touch of hops and cocoa beans, Marzipan and charred oak.
Finish – Long an sweet with Milk chocolate and Butterscotch.
